The functions and features of this machine:
1 ,The heating tubes adopts six stainless steel heating tubes (500W of each),High heating efficiency,it can normally be used for about 10000 hours

4 ,The drying temperature of this machine just need to set the meter;with three heating tubes on or off

5, The bottom of the dryer is 68cm distant from the ground, the highest can be adjust to 100cm.
6, The machine is equipped with rotating drying platform with size 40*60cm, drying platform using nickel plated steel ; The height can be adjusted within 4 cm;

7, The back of the heating pipe is hot aluminum plate, its thermal efficiency is higher.

8, The bottom is equipped with casters , it can move arbitrary.
9, Prepare for the full set installation tools, test thermometer and installation instructions.

How to use:
For example we set the substrates needed for drying temperature is 180 C (356 F);
1. Move the dryer heating box to the top of the drying platform, bottom of the drying box is 3cm distant from the drying platform, turn on the 5 heat tubes, start the heating.
2. Set the instrument to “60” (the number is not temperature display, it represent the hierarchical data when set temperature control)
3. Place the thermometer probe in the middle of the platform to start temperature measurement;
Observe the temperature showed in the thermometer after 15 minutes ;
If the temperature is too high; Adjust the instrument settings to reduce a level as the “50”; Or raise the drying box 2-4 cm; Observe the thermometer display; When the temperature reach 180 C (356F); Adjustment of low temperature is just the same way;

Room temperature 24 C(75 F); Work environment without circulation wind; Bottom of drying box is 3 cm distant from the drying platform; Turn on six heating tubes.
